The Novotel Twin Waters Resort is a leisurely stroll along the lagoon shore and features a variety of dining options including a buffet restaurant, an over-water formal dining experience, a club-style bar with an informal lunch, dinner and snack menu, a deli café and a takeaway food outlet.
Nouveau Restaurant
Nouveau offers inside or alfresco dining overlooking the pool. Open for sumptuous buffet breakfast and lunch and themed buffet dinners.

Lily's on the Lagoon
Lily's on the Lagoon is the resort's premier fine dining restaurant for evenings and is set over the lagoon with inside and outdoor seating.
Enjoy evening lagoon views and à la carte, contemporary Australian cuisine from the resort's premier dining restaurant. Sit inside beneath the soaring ceilings or on the sweeping circular deck during the warmer months. Lily's is perfect for that special occasion or just because you're worth it.

Aqua Bar
Aqua Bar offers informal lunches, dinners, snacks and bar overlooking the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner, snacks and a drink from the lively and fun Aqua Bar which offers indoor and outdoor seating options.
